• Please note we strive to dispatch all orders same day if placed before 12pm, however during some of our busier periods your order may be dispatched the following working day due to demand. Any orders that have selected 24 HR or Guaranteed Next Day shipping option will be treated as priority. Please note these are Royal Mail's estimated delivery times. During certain busier periods, this may take longer. We are not liable for any delays caused by Royal Mail.

Collection

We are currently offering contactless collection from Dartford, Kent, DA1, UK. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us (normally within 24/48 hours), please email us at collection@dollfaceboutique.co.uk to arrange a suitable time & day to collect. Please give us 24/48 hours for your order to be processed. Please collect your order within 7 days. 

Please note from 1st January 2023, if you don’t collect your order within 7 days, our 14 day returns policy will begin on the 7th day.  

International Delivery

International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and we use a tracked service. All international orders are subject to import duties and taxes, which the customer will be required to pay for. Doll Face Boutique Limited is not responsible for any of these additional charges. 

Unfortunately, Doll Face Boutique Limited is unable to advise Custom or VAT fees which may be applied to any international orders. For more information, please get in contact with your local customs office.
